We just got back today from our cruise and this will be our second time we did a Disney cruise. The first one was last year on the Disney wonder. I must admit we were very spoilt on our first cruise as we got the royal suites (our family and our extended family got the other suite). The rooms we got this time were the one bd suites with concierge and private balcony. Our extended family was in the room beside us so we had the door open btw the balconies so we could go to each others rooms as we wished. The setting of the room was a little odd, as if you wanted to put the kids to sleep and hang out in the rooms you really couldn't as the pull out couch was in the tv room and adjoining it was the small eating area where you could hang out but kinda couldn't because it would have been impossible for the kids to sleep in such an open concept area.

We didn't know what we were doing last year as there was so much stuff to do that It definitely had to be planned out, and that's what we did this time around. The food was ok, nothing too special. For the kids menu, it was TERRIBLE. Same option more or less at every dining place. Hamburgers, chicken strips, MAc and Cheese. I would preferred a more healthier option.

We did Concierge and what I loved loved about the fantasy was the happy hour, two times a day!!! Then there wasa few conceierge receptions. There was a lounge for us to hang out from 6.45am-10pm daily with refreshments. TOTALLY WORTH IT. In fact I would never go on a cruise without CONCIERGE. I am not a great fan of lineups and I never had to. Coming onto the ship was easy and so was leaving ( and trust me I saw long lineups).
