We booked this cruise after being recommended by family members who had cruised on this ship four years ago - they could not believe how much it had changed!! This proved to be the worst cruise ship we have ever been on (we have been on Princess Lines and Caribbean) the staff were rude and unhelpful and looked as they would rather have been anywhere other than working on this ship!! The food was just about edible it had no taste and was poorly presented. The cabins were dirty and we had stains and holes in our bed linen, the toilets in the main area were either disgusting or out of order. The so called entertainment provided was dire - the singer in one of the bars was so bad that people were getting up and leaving. The general hygiene and cleaning of areas round the pool area was so bad - food left on the floor plates and crockery just left on tables with staff walking past and totally ignoring it!! I could go on and on and I will in my letter to P&0 - I feel like we wasted almost £5,000 to suffer such a bad experience!!!
