We just returned from a 2 week Trans-Atlantic cruise on the Celebrity Infinity, leaving Harwich UK on 10/13/14. This was my wife’s and my first cruise. We had a veranda room mid-ship on deck 7. Overall, I would give the trip a grade of 80%. The trip was better than we expected, and we were happy and satisfied. But there are definitely areas where a small amount of work could bring much improvement. We might take a Celebrity cruise again, especially considering the positive points listed, but I would definitely consider items 11-13 in the Summary below:

Positive Points:

1. Friendliness and responsiveness of crew from room staff and dining room and buffet staff all the way to the Captain and his staff. Celebrity has really trained its people well in the art of customer service. Read more
