Itinerary: We really enjoyed the picturesque location cruising and in ports (St Pierre, St Johns, Halifax and Charlottetown). Embarkation and disembarkation went very smoothly at all ports of call.

Excursions: If we had it to do over again, we would probably eschew the excursions and look for a private car or van to give us a tour of port areas. Photographing the stunning scenery from a moving bus is less than satisfactory. A private tour would have allowed more flexibility to get to the same places the bus did with stops along the way.

Ship: The Legend of the Seas is small enough to form more of a community among guests and staff yet large enough to have a reasonable selection of amenities. It was very clean and well maintained.

Cabin Review

Owner's Suite

Cabin OS

The Owners' Suite on the Legend was spacious, light and comfortable, although not quite as large as the OS on the Radiance. Enjoyed having a whirlpool tub as well as shower in the bathroom and a large L-shaped couch for lounging as well as easy chairs and a small table. The major drawback was that it was under the Windjammer buffet area and we were disturbed by the noise from above -- especially around 4 a.m. when they began setting up for breakfast.
