The ship is unkept, dusty, dirty and in need of refurbishing. It is small without a lot of activities. The shows were decent. The Windows restaurant service was slow and a huge downgrade from normal luxury cruise line service. The menu is the same every night with a special added. Nothing exciting, no lobster night. Average food-nothing gourmet or exciting. Same ole every night. Our room was grungy and very small for a balcony room. The cruise was very expensive and only redeeming moment is the ports-great port visits. If you are looking for a ship to enjoy and relax on-this is not it. The only reason to go on this ship is for the ports. If you are looking for spoiled and awesome service-forget it. This is at best a floating upgraded motel 6. I had to argue with guest services at the end to remove our automated gratuity charges and they refused. Have called corporate and they are going to take 15 days to review and decide whether to give us our money back. They erroneously charged us for a wine tasting we did not attend (we did the bar hopping not the wine tasting) and it took all of an hour arguing to get those charges reversed. They lost our baggage and when we found it an hour and 1/2 after disembarcation it cost us 4 euros a bag to retrieve it to where they moved it for no reason. Never again. Going back to Royal Caribbean and Celebrity. They can keep their free style dining.
