We sailed out of San Juan on September 27, 2014. We arrived at the dock at around 2 pm and whisked our way through the check-in procedure. We travel very light, carry-on only, and we were settled in our cabin right away. The cabin was very nicely set up, clean and organized, and very spacious. The bathroom was very clean but the shower was a little small. I am small 5'7", 180 lbs, a large man/woman would find the shower a little claustrophobic. The ship itself was very nice, clean and well maintained, she was showing a bit of wear and dating, (7 years since last refurbishing) but overall very nice. I only dealt with one staff member who wasn't overly joyed to see me and he was very polite and helpful, just distracted. What I am saying is the crew was fabulous, attentive and very humorous. There was a slight mix-up at our dining table the first night, but that was fixed right away. The food was wonderful, with multiple choices and very enjoyable. I have a mild shellfish allergy and our server, Lloyd, went out of his way to ensure that the meals served to me were not cross contaminated. He was very funny and a pleasure. The buffet had a lot of choices, although we were disappointed in the lack of fresh berries, there was lots of fruit just few berries. We went on shores excursions on all the islands and had a wonderful time. We loved the evening shows, the young ladies and gentlemen were consummate performers and when we saw them about the ship, very friendly and seemed genuinely pleased to see us. My wife and I would definitely go on another cruise with Royal Caribbean.
Spacious, nicely laid out, with lots of storage. The deck was a great size and being midship, we had a great view. The only downside was the shower would give a large woman/man a bit of claustrophobia.
