Having finally persuaded my wife to go on a cruise we sat down with a Thomson cruise specialist to discover which cruise would be the best for first time cruisers, after 2 hours she convinced us that Island Escape was the ideal choice. We went all inclusive, upgraded the cabin and paid for an excursion to Rome total of just over £2000 there and then with assurances we would have the time of our lives.

Flight to Palma was good on arrival at portside we were amazed to see this FERRY (we were not informed of this and is not in Thomsons brochure to my knowledge). This was to be our base for 7 days?

Locating cabin was no problem, small, twin beds, (we asked for a double) bathroom not to clever but usable and carpets throughout the ship were very tired.
