I am a review freak, so I took my time and read review after review before sailing. I am SUPER glad I did! Pretty much all the reviews on here were on point.

We had priority boarding and it paid off. We were on the boat first, eating first, and drinking first. We were able to be on the boat for almost 5 hours before leaving the dock! It was worth it. The drink package is the way to go if you plan to drink more than 6 drinks A DAY. So just buy it so you don't have to count what you are spending each day on drinks. It even includes shots and sodas!! It was worth the money. The one thing that could improve is the wait time for my time dining and bartender serving. Bartenders seemed to work a little slower than we are used to here in the states. They got the job done, and the drinks were good, but a little slow. The my time dining is good for non-planners but the wait to eat when choosing that is not fun. We waited for 30 minutes on Saturday night for dinner. One couple said they waiting almost two hours on Friday night.

The shore excursions are probably fun, but we had rain so most of them cancelled. We tried the "hop on hop off" one and it was a disaster. We waiting one hour to get on the first bus and two hours to get picked up. Needless to say- all of us on it got refunded. Some of the staff on board are hard to understand but if you listen closely then you can understand them. The elevators were a JOKE! They didn't barely move much less work well. We took the steps the entire time aside from when we were leaving with our luggage. You would spend half your cruise waiting on them if you didn't want to take the steps. The boat does seem old, but really it is fine. It could use some updating but not really noticeable. They have a Serenity deck on this ship and it's for adults only. Only wish they had a pool on it with the two hot tubs that are on there. Bartender would come take orders from the hot tubs so that was nice too. Don't worry about sea sickness because most of the time it doesn't even feel like you are moving. Staff was friendly and would help you whenever needed.

Cabin Review

Junior Suite (obstructed views)

Cabin OB

Our cabin steward was great! He called us by name and kept our room clean. I feel like every time we left he came and cleaned. We were offered a last minute upgrade for $150 and it was worth every single penny. We had a cabin with an "obstructed" view- but it was still nice. The cabin itself was clean, and plenty big for the two of us. The water was hot and ready to go anytime we wanted to take a shower. Our cabin even had a mini fridge on it- which was nice!
