As usually independent travelers who develop our own itinerary, make lodging reservations, locate by choice and chance our meal experience, the cruise was a bit heart pounding in the planning of the unknown.

All in all we traveled a few miles short of 5,000 miles did not buy gas, have wear and tear on the car/rent a car, had excellent meals at least 3 times a day, a nice room, live entertainment every night, and educational classes with that. Met many folks at open dining and during activities.

Unpack once for 2 weeks. Felt our items were safe in our room. Food was excellent. Too excellent. Lido buffet had so much variety. Fresh squeezed orange juice every morning. Eggs Benedict my style (no bread) or Scottish Eggs Benedict-that is smoked salmon no Canadian bacon or just cereal and milk. Portions were appropriate for the 3 course meals in the Vista Lounge. Lobster tail as one of the entrees on two of the formal nights. Liked the Pinnacle Grill best for lunch.

AC can be controlled in room. Room was always clean and fresh. Adequate space for bed and sitting area. Patio was a plus especially when crossing the canal. Water was hot and had good water pressure.Outlets were in the bathroom and at the desk and at the head of the bed. 110/220. Watch were the switch is.Stateroom steward was a delight and very helpful. Learned about his country.
