Read many reviews both positive and negative and was hoping the truth was somewhere in the middle. I was not disappointed at all.

Embarkation: Was very easy. Had the deluxe owners suite, so my wife and I were whisked away from the long line and personally escorted to get our passports checked and then taken to our suite.

We met our concierge Virginia and butler Marvac (?) who treated us like royalty.

Deluxe Owner's Suite

Cabin SA

Suite 12502: The suite met and exceeded all of our expectation and felt it was well worth the price. The floor to ceiling windows made the room bright and airy, and the view from both living and bed room were breath taking. The suite was huge, and although we didn't have a balcony, we did not miss it at all. The dual zone temperature worked to perfection along with drawing the shades during the day. It was never unbearably warm in any room. The bathroom had dual sinks, jacuzzi tube, and separate shower and was huge. We had our selection of alcohol waiting and a stocked fridge of our requested beverages. I must say the service was awesome! We had our mid day snacks like clockwork, and Pablo (housekeeping staff) kept the room immaculate. I cant say enough about the view! It was like the ocean was our personal viewing pond. I was concerned about the ride being so far forward, and although we did have a couple of rocky nights, we did not need motion sickness medication.
