congratulations Princess Lines this was my first and last ever cruise, singlehandedly Princess lines with the assistance of an arrogant self opinionated cruise director took two weeks of my life that I will never get back. I had hoped to propose to my partner in a romantic setting but the cruise was so bad it didn't seem appropriate time or place.

lets get the good things out of the way first. the staff (less entertainment) were fantastic and couldn't do enough for you. we were blessed with a personal waiter who's only ambition was to ensure that we enjoyed the most fantastic food. The chefs produced the most exquisite culinary delights on a daily basis hundreds of times a day. my partner is a coeliac and choice was limited but our waiter Mo went out of his way to try and accommodate her needs. the staff and the chefs were a credit to the cruise. the ship was immaculately clean and the staff worked tirelessly to maintain the standard. the cabin was clean well serviced and comfortable with every need catered for.

however the entertainment was at best a joke and ruined what I was hoping a holiday of a lifetime.
