This was our second cruise on the Summit to New England and Canada. We did it last year and had such a great time we repeated it. This year was just as wonderful.

We love the way the staff goes over and beyond to make everyone so happy. From the moment we stepped on board, everyone on that ship works to make you happy! We are now Elite on Celebrity, and the Concierge, Nadia, called to ask us how our cruise was going, how our room was, and was there anything she could do to make us even happier? WOW! We watched her in action, race walking down a corridor, only to stopped by someone with an issue, and she would focus ALL her attention on them, and really listen. She really cares about everyone having a great vacation.

We enjoyed the cabin, 3069. It was an oceanview that was dead silent and very conveniently located. As we were going into cool weather, we knew we would not be outside using a veranda. There were tons of storage space that we never filled. Our room steward Jason was incredible. He even folded our clothes that we had thrown over the couch!
