My wife and I have been on cruises before. This was head and shoulders superior to our prior experiences. We choose cruises by the cruise line and the places where the cruise is going. We want to go places of interest and not merely be in warm waters in the Caribbean.

This cruise went to places of great interest starting with Paris, Monet's gardens, Normandy and many intermediate stops of great interest.

The people running the cruise on board were outstanding in every respect. The educational value and on line tour guides were exceptional. The food was beyond our expectations. The unexpected minor surprises such as the musician singing French songs as we returned from a tour and his continued playing during the meal which followed were nice.
