Let me start with dinning, originally we selected 6:00 pm setting but it was changed to 5:30 pm. Service was slow, we waited over 40 minutes for main course. Our waiter kept saying kitchen line is long. Later we discovered that management combined 5:30 and 6:00 dinner group into one setting end result was overwhelmed kitchen staff. Food itself missed the mark. As to the buffet food layout were not efficient & confusing, and little variations of menu item. I suppose if you prefer quantity over quality you should be happy. Quirky side, if you want to order an omelet you need to find the station and make an order, in turn, cook will hand you an order sheet and you need to hand over to your waiter at your buffet table. You will receive your order now if you want any condiments go back to buffet line and select your desired item. Found Taco station, they have Taco shell laid out at opposite end of meat. Take a shell go back to other end of line start filling the shell. Go figure! We purchased soda package which was mistake, they should include regular coffee within soda package

Elevators are slow and constantly crowded due to not enough elevators in mid ship area. The ship was beautiful and large balcony cabin was a plus. Lots of storage space, comfortable bed. Our cabin staff, staff was very efficient and very helpful.

We attended a couple of the shows in the Princess theater and they were all well done. They perform the same show at least twice a night, so if you miss the early show you can catch the later hour. We purchased soda package which was mistake, I should have purchased Coffee package. Other than that they nickel and dimed you at every time, no free coffee and two bucks for bottle of water.
