We booked this cruise because of the ports, San Juan, St Thomas and Grand Turk. However, due to Gonzalo forming in the Caribbean, we had our itinerary changed to Cozumel, Belize, Roatan and Costa Maya. After the rush of disappointment we made the decision to just enjoy the cruise, and we did!

Embarkation went fairly smooth. We had been sent an email notice by Carnival prior to departure telling us not to arrive at the pier till 1 o'clock due to some testing that was going to be done. We chose to ignore the message and arrived at 11. We were onboard by 11:45 and signed up for the Cheers program within minutes of boarding.

The entertainment onboard was mostly good. The comedians at the Punchliner were great! The shows in the theatre were hit or miss. The Latin night was good, as was the 60's show. I was not crazy about the Divas show. And we didn't attend the Epic Rock night. Tropic Shock, that performed in the Casino, were great, really got the crowd going.

Cabin Review

Junior Suite

Cabin JS

Our cabin was a junior suite, very forward on the ship. Our balcony was a little longer than normal, but not what I would consider spacious. It also was not terribly private, given the Captain's Suite next door had a deck overlooking our balcony. Our cabin was very comfortable, and the bathroom was relatively spacious, with a tub and double sinks.
