I booked a farewell cruise for my mother who is 88 years old and wanted to return to Bermuda one last time. I spoke with NCL customer service prior to the cruise and asked about handicap access. NCL told us to ask for a wheel chair at the desk and a ship's assistant would arrive and escort us to the cabin, aft balcony, not inexpensive. 3 hours after arriving at the check in and asking for a wheelchair we were finally taken aboard. Cabin was okay and pre ordered wine was in the room. Went to Cirque show and was entertained but service was very slow. Alcoholic drinks must come from a tug boat running alongside the ship.
Dinner throughout the cruise was so-so and service did not exactly speed up after we were underway.
Cabin was invaded by sound from the pool deck until after 1:00 AM every night.
