We did this sort of last minute and I am very glad that we did. This is a very pleasant small ship with a terrific staff. It reminded me of the earlier days of cruising. There are no bells or whistles here. It is just a nice straight forward relaxing cruise. We did an inside room because that was all that was left when we booked. I was very happy with the space. We had a sofa and sitting area which I did not expect. Meals were very good and a lot of choices. Pinnacle Grille was excellent. Lido did a PEI mussel luncheon . Also a crepe breakfast, potato bar or poutine bar on different days. All very nice and a nod to the areas we visited. HAL does not disappoint in the culinary area. Shout out for the Captain's luncheon for Mariner members. This is the best one of these that I have attended.

Entertainment all very good. Liked the ports a lot. We did our homework and visited some sort of off the path places by ourselves. People in the area could not have been nicer. Staff on this ship is terrific. For a one week cruise, they get to know you pretty quickly and are all so helpful and pleasant. Overall, would do this again in a heartbeat.

Large Interior Stateroom

Cabin J

Midship, lots of drawer space, sofa, table, stall shower and 2 beds. We had the beds separated as there is more space if you do this. Very happy with room space.
