We were hesitant to go on one of the older and smaller ships that Royal sails, but found this to be one of the best for customer service. We sailed on back to back cruises and felt like royalty. So many of the staff remembered our names after the first day and were happy to see us return for the weekend cruise. Anna from the centromere bar had just come from the Allure and could not have been more friendly if she tried. Manuel and Earl in the dining room had our special needs (lemon for our water and favorite rolls) waiting for us when we sat down. Since we did back to back cruises, we had to change rooms. Our luggage was quickly taken to our new room and we were settled before any of the weekend passengers boarded. I would highly recommend this ship for anyone wanting to relax and have great service. If you are looking for the high energy WOW (as my daughter stated), try another larger ship.
