Boarding was very slick, but almost immediately things went wrong as it became clear that the all inclusive drinks package our agents had promised, was not on the MSC system. The fault may well lie with the agent as three weeks later they have still not resolved my subsequent complaint.
Reception staff were less than helpful and the matter was never resolved on board. We ended up paying the whole drinks bill.
Breakfast was indifferent, and well below standards of Princess and P and O, to name two. Dinner also ordinary, with main course meagre.
