This is my review of the ncl breakaway.overall what a bad cruise this has been. This was our first cruise which left out of New York bound for bermuda the boarding was very smooth, took about 30 mins or so to get on the ship.we were greeted in style and welcomed on to the ship room was okay a little small for a family of 5,over all it was kept pretty clean I did find a bra under the bed not ours on face value everything was clean but getting down to the nitty gritty it was was not so good same mark on the toilet all week never cleaned the sheets were never changed and also had a couple of stains underneath although we requested them to be changed we were told it was not ncl policy to do so unless they were soiled, room cleaning guy okay nothing special some days our room was never cleaned over all not to bad though.the ships food was okay the first few days it was very good, after that the same old stuff you got at lunch, was back for dinner and then, the leftovers were served later that night.the resturants were good I think but never got to expirence much of them,we tried to book some and they were always sold out even the ones you pay for,Manhatten room was the best eat there 3 times the first two were out of this world the last time was really bad the service was crap and the food was cold.also ate at cagneys which we paid for this was by far the worst service I have ever seen cold food, crap service we waited over 20 mins to get drinks.DONT eat here by far the worst.over all the food was okay in most places but very hard to get in anywhere always booked same as the shows.

we tried complaining to ncl but no one seemed to care.staff over all were very friendly and nice all were willing to help in anyway they could customer service on the other hand were a different story not willing to do much at all to help with issues we had on the cruise.the main issue I had sat at the bar one night having a few pints and decided to play the megatouch game swiped my card a few times to be told eventually it did not work, yet I was charged on my card for each swipe, when I informed customer service of this after a bit of hassle they eventually credited my account through our cruise the machine remained broken with no signs to say it was not working yet people tryed it and were charged for it several times.I did mention this a few times to the staff even spoke with one of the guys who repairs the machines to no avail.

Bermuda was really nice hot and sunny all the way through we booked most of our activities off the ship, when you get there go to the info booth in the dockyard speak to cookie a giant of a man very nice and really friendly he recommended lot of things to do and places to see very helpful thanks again cookie.Bermuda is very expensive, buy the two day bus and ferry pass for five of us it was $60 which was great you can hop on and off both busses and ferries for the two days well worth it,also check out horseshoe bay really nice 10 mins from the dock yard by bus,we also did jet skiing in Somerset
