Beautiful itinerary, beautiful ship, but a bit disappointed as we were expecting a little bit more from Celebrity.

We have cruised 4 times with other companies. First we have book Concierge Class, but did not see a difference compared to passed cruise with Balcony (regular class), aside from the Bottle of Champagne on arrival and little snacks at the end of the day. I would not pay anymore the extra for Concierge Class. Although very polite and courteous, our concierge was not very smiley and very talkative. We had ordered breakfast to the room but forgot to mention the time, no one called in to confirm they just did not serve breakfast. As for the dining room, the service was exceptional, it was for us one of the highlight on the ship. Although the buffet offered a good choice, we have experienced poor service for drinks, it seemed like there was not enough staff.
