This cruise wasn't all bad, but the negatives just outweighed the positives; and I wouldn't recommend this cruise line. The basic issue is that in general (with a few exceptions) the staff were disinterested, disengaged and sometimes downright rude. They also seemed to have little confidence in being able to advise or help you, constantly referring up their chain of command and the ethos of the ship seemed to be around what made life easier for the cruiseline, rather than its customers.

Some examples:

*There is a laundry service, but unlike any hotel or ship I've ever experienced, you are expected to queue in guest relations with your dirty laundry, as it doesn't get picked up in your cabin.

Cabin Review

Not huge for a suite, more like a large balcony cabin. But plenty of storage space and very nicely decorated with lots of mirrors. No tea and coffee making facilities. Mini bar fridge wasn't very chilled. Only basic toiletries. WiFi didn't work in suite.
