Sail Date: Sep 2014

We had not sailed on a Disney ship in 7 years and were anxious to see if they had changed their service with being on a much larger ship than their Magic and Wonder. We were not disappointed in the least! We have sailed on most of the other cruise lines including several Celebrity and Holland America; but we always compared them to our favorite, Disney. No other cruise line compares for entertainment, cleanliness, service and taste and variety of their food. Yes, they are more expensive, but worth it. The entertainment is Broadway/Las Vegas quality each night and if you factor how much that would cost you on a land vacation--you are getting a bargin!

Oh, by the way, we are a senior couple who were traveling alone--no children or grandchildren with us! There are areas on the ship for 18 and over only and you can choose to be there and enjoy the quiet, restful locations. Several pools were also designated as adult only--which was relaxing, but we found ourselves enjoying watching the HUGE screen which showed Disney movies day and night.

We enjoyed the ship so much, we would rush off onto the islands and return ASAP to enjoy the ammenities of the ship.

Cabin Review

Cabin 4A

Beautiful room with sofa and verandah. Love the 2 bathrooms and the raised bed for storing luggage beneth. Refrigerator was cold so I could safely store my medications in it, unlike on Celebrity in May 2014 whose inroom frig was not truly a cool environment safe enough for meds.
