We stayed in Vieux Quebec three days before the cruise. Really looking forward to the ports of call: Sydney, Halifax, St. John's, St. Pierre and Saguenay. We enjoyed the port stops until we got to Saguenay. The problem was the tour we went on. Booked through RCCL it was a disappointment. I am mobility challenged. They took the group down the stairs from deck 4 to deck 1 and then we walked 1/2 a block to the bus. By the time I got there the only open seats were facing backwards or next to the toilet with no window. When we returned I made a complaint at the excursions desk and the young woman was rude to me. To me this is a blemish on RCCL.

Embarkation was a breeze. Disembarkation was hard. We had to leave the ship by 9 am and our flight wasn't until 5 pm.

Because we were in a GS we ate breakfast and lunch in a special section on deck 5. The two servers were extraordinary. Even though the ship was not at full capacity the Windjammer was a nightmare at lunch when the dining room was not open. The food was not always satisfactory. It's a good thing we go for the itinerary and not the food.

Cabin Review

Grand Suite

Cabin GS

The cabin was spacious and always clean. There were plenty of hangers and drawer space.we were under the Windjammer at the forward section on deck 8 and heard very little noise!
