I'm going to start by saying I'm very disappointed in the reviews for Navigator of the Seas that I have read recently! I'm not sure where people are getting that this ship needs work and is falling apart and that trash was left by the pools or that the service was rude in some areas! This is our second time on the Navigator of the Seas within 9 months and we absolutely love it!!

We are pretty picky people when it comes to cleanliness and having high standards for service, but this ship exceeded our expectations! Never once was there trash that I could see around the pools or the ship, the carpet is just fine and the ship never smelled at all! The public restrooms were in prestige condition and didn't smell like urine, from what some reviews said below. I have no idea what they are talking about.
