Sailed on the September 21st Canada/New England 14 day cruise.

With the exception of the second day in Quebec City, we had nice weather and the leaves were starting to change colour.

Food is always very subjective. I always found something on the daily menu to eat - trying pasta, vegetarian, beef, lamb, chicken, veal etc. I think that portions were smaller; however, it meant not feeling 'stuffed' when having an appetizer, soup or salad and the main entrée. Some of the descriptions of vegetables did not indicate that they were mainly pureed. I had no complaint with the food. We had early dining. Also had breakfast (once) and lunch) (once) in the main dining room and room service (twice). The buffet had lots of choices, and personally I liked that some portions were in small bowls. At breakfast - they had assorted fruit in a bowl; however, next to this they had watermelon, various melons that you could serve yourself. The pizza line-up was sometimes long as was the sandwich area. Did not eat at the grill by the pool. Again - lots of choice in the buffet. Tables in the buffet (when I was there) were always kept clean and no dirty dishes were left on the tables. Also - had staff asking if I wanted an additional beverage or sometimes I went and got my own bottled water, which was my choice to do - not because of lack of service.

Cabin Review

Concierge Class 2

Cabin C2

Cabin was always kept clean by room stewards. Lots of space and cupboards to put things in. Only sat on balcony a couple of times because of the time of year. When we returned one day from excursion, assistand room steward was washing down the railings and floor etc. on balcony
