Sail Date: Oct 2014
Cabin: Superior Ocean View Stateroom with Balcony

This was a last "second booking and were worried about a 25 year old ship. The ship turned out to be in very good shape. The service was good and we hit good weather. Our big problem was the rock hard beds. Worse yet they don,t offer pads anymore to make the beds softer. The food was pretty good, except the Windjammer cafe which was over crowded and poor. We also had a problem at Giovanni's where they tried to charge us for coffee and an extra tip.

Other items missing included no chocolates in stateroom. No conditioner provided and did not replenish shampoo. Entertainment was pretty good, but singers and dancers are better on other ships.

Embarkation was excellent. Pool areas were very crowded and the Gym was undersized..

Cabin Review

Superior Ocean View Stateroom with Balcony

Cabin D1

This cabin and all behind it to the rear is just under the galley. This means you get a lot of noise from the kitchen so would not recommend.
