We traveled with a group and had a great time. The ship's size is inadequate for the number of people on board. I'm guessing as a way to keep on top of crowd control, passengers had to pay extra for certain amenities.

The spa had a small pool, sauna, steam room, and salt sauna room. To use the facility for the cruise, a passenger had to pay $179 on the first day. This usage was limited to 200 people only. If there were open memberships the fee was reduced per day. The main pool was inadequate for the number of people on board during sea days. To find space we went up to the 16th floor where 25% of the deck was fenced off. This was the private beach club. Usage fee was $20 per day per person.

I did pay extra to eat at the French Restaurant $40 for two people. We did not realize the lobster was an additional $10 per person. Which I did pay. The magic show with dinner was another $30 per person. If you like to sing Karaoke the tablets used as a song catalog were not user friendly. Plus only 3 tablets were available for the people to use. An old book catalog, with 10 separate books would have helped. The Karaoke DJ was excellent and did his best with what he had. The Cruise director was aware of the shortcomings of the Karaoke system but nothing could be done.

Cabin Review

Oceanview Stateroom with Large Picture Window

Cabin OX

The room was good, but the bed left about 18 inches from the wall. This made it difficult to walk around the room. The toilet was good sized, but the bath tub was too narrow and too high to step in, A friend required a step to access the tub and shower.
