My husband and I weren't sure what to expect, there were such differences of opinion about this ship. It was such a great price we decided to take a chance and were glad we did. We were impressed with both embarkation and debarkation, easy and organized. As soon as we got on ship, we were impressed, really beautiful and clean as anything. We were not allowed in our rooms until 3:00 so we had lunch at the buffet and it was a true experience. The choices for lunch were unreal and were like that for the entire trip. We had to eat in the buffet all the time as my husband had dental work done and had to eat soft foods. After 7 days on board, this was the best buffet of any cruise I've been on. Food was always warm and tasty, for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Stateroom was very nice, we had a balcony room, we thought it would be a little larger. Room was clean and staff were friendly, courteous and always asking if we needed anything.

Their shows were outstanding, even had opera singers onboard. Entire staff was pleasant and friendly, I'm outgoing so that may have helped. The excusions were well organized. If you booked something that involved the water, they sent towels to your room the night before and when you came back from your excusion the next day, you returned them right near the elevators., They made everything very convenient.

Cabin Review

Cabin 12

Mid ship, near elevator, nice layout. Had some outside noise because of walk-past traffic.
