This holiday was chosen based on the itinerary as it worked with our plans in Italy pre and post cruise. This was our first cruise in the Mediterranean and our second with Celebrity. It was a wonderful vacation and we couldn't have asked for anything better.
Embarkation and Disembarkation went smoothly. The ship is simply stunning. It was so pleasing to sail the Mediterranean in this beauty. Our holiday hit top marks in all areas from great weather, stateroom, staff, food and beverage, cleanliness, ports, etc.
We didn't take in much of the ship's entertainment, so we can't comment.
Cabin Review
Concierge Class 2
Our stateroom was located on the Resort Deck, on the hump. The balcony is larger than the standard and we loved it. I was concerned that our cabin was next to the stewards cleaning supply room, but the benefits outweighed the con in the end. It could get noisy when they started their day, but that's it. Our cabin was one of the first cleaned and we had easy access to our stewards. There was never a problem getting a hold of them. Storage is limited, so I would recommend bringing collapsible hanging storage for the closet, worked perfectly.
