Trip Advisor & Cruise Critic

In mid-September, we went on our first and definitely the last cruise on the Norwegian Cruise line from Boston to Quebec and back--14 very long days. In fact we are so soured on cruising that is probably the last cruise we’ll ever take.

The best part of the cruise was the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. To a person, they were warm and friendly and definitely helpful. We have serious food allergies and the Aqua dining room waitress assigned to us, Karen Paz, was phenomenal. She catered to our every need in a cheerful and chatty style. She is a gem. We had an interior room, which was kept spotless by Ketut Putra. The food at the cafeteria was just that--cafeteria food. It was plentiful, but completely uninteresting, not particularly tasty, and they seemed to serve the same things for 14 days.
