After reading many of the poor reviews before we cruised we were a bit nervous. We had previously cruised on this ship when she was the Destiny and loved it.. We boarded around noon and our room was available by 1pm. Luggage was delivered by 4pm. Our room Steward Wyman was great as were our dining room staff Tri, Gerry and Vito.

We love the upgrades especially Serenity Deck and Havana Bar. Never had a problem getting into any of the shows and thought the shows were great. We had early dining and the food and service was wonderful. I heard some complaints that the food was cold but we never experienced that. As for the layout of the ship we never really had any problems getting around. Once you understand the direction of the ship and look at the maps you can get around pretty easy. We were on the 8th deck mid ship and really liked the ability to get to the lido by stairs. We never heard any noise from the Lido deck as I have heard others complain about. We will certainly sail the Sunshine again.

Cabin Review

Cabin Interior

Cabin 8206 is an interior cabin. We prefer interior cabins as we find them to be comfortable and a great value as we spend very little time in it. This cabin was exactly what we expected, very clean and comfortable. This was our first time on the 8th deck and mid ship. Really liked the.location and ease of getting around.
