Cabin: Mid-Ship Mini-Suite with Balcony

Just returned from this cruise today. The cabins, balconies & hallways are so small. Pretty disappointed & will not go on this ship again. We were in cabin 9232 a mini suite which was a free up grade...from a balcony on deck 13. Upgrade not, granted we had the better shower which was nice, however; the cabin was right above the water front deck. The passengers smoke there, yuk we smelled all the smoke vs fresh ocean air. This was also above a restaurant that had loud music playing late. This ship was overrun with unruly kids - the catch & release kind. Our last dinner in the main dinning room, there was about a 2 - 3 year old running around while the mother just watched. She gave the child couple of swigs of the end of her beer, this was the kind of mother she was. This kid was climbing on the back of people's chairs, screaming at times. She put the salt & pepper shakers (bottom where the salt & pepper came out) in her mouth. The mother just set them on the table & told no one. Washie, Washie not! After she left I told the waiter what happened & to please remove them from the table. He did remove them & never replaced them. You could see everyone was annoyed, staff should have ask them to either make the child sit or leave. The one show we got to see was great Rock of Ages. If you don't have reservations you are out of luck. This free show was "sold out", you could not get reservations. We saw quite a few empty seats open in the Haven section. This just is not right. Having to make reservations is a pain, too much thinking on vacation! Everyone (staff) were nice to you, I think what the problem is not enough staff for the amount of people on this ship. Food not so good, had much better on other ships. No lobster night either.

Cabin Review

Mid-Ship Mini-Suite with Balcony

Cabin MB

Clean, small with a tiny balcony. This cabin is over the Ocean Front deck. You will hear noise from the Ocean Front deck (people, chairs, music) & smell smoke as well. Not good if you turn in around 9 - 10. Even if you have your balcony door closed you can hear the noise. Robes that were to come with cabin were not there, had to request them. In a nut shell, if you are a smoker & stay out late this cabin would be fine for you. It had twin beds that when put together make a king size bed. It also had a couch that turned into a single bed.
