I have sailed the Enchantment 6 times even brining it dwon from Baltimore whn it repositioned to Port Canaveral. Since arriving in Port Canaveral it has been doing 3 and 4 nights sailings to the Bahamas. The result of all embarkations and disembarkations can be immediately seen when you board. The ship looks worn and the systems don't seem to be working properly. Using the public restroom upon boarding I found the toilets and urinals unflushed. Sinks were dirty and paper towels dropped all over the floor.

The biggest disappointment was in the food. This was true in the main dining room, Winjammer and even Chops. I would rate the food a 1 star at best.

Royal needs to address this problem quickly as I am reading on many of their ships that guests are finding the food to be a seriour issue.
