We have cruised often but never for longer than 7 nights and never with this many sea days (5), so this was a new experience. A few specific comments.

One, the ship is very nice and in great shape. It is easy to get around and rarely seemed crowded.

Two, the staff and officers were some of the friendliest I have ever encountered. We even met the captain in the elevator the first day and chatted with him. The bar waiters and other staff were all cheerful when you saw them.
