Everything was great, I would take this exact cruise again. I have no idea what people are complaining about. We travelled with our 8 month old, which was very nerve wracking for me, but ended up being so stress free. My chief complaints are regarding lack of information onboard and hours of service (excursion desk, child services). Food was good, nothing spectacular but we never went hungry. We didn't find people to be rude or get charged for anything we didn't order. We weren't pleased about water not being included at the restaurant, but it is available at the buffet for all the meals. Juice is included at breakfast. So we spent 32 euro on 14 bottles of water (1 L bottles) but we didn't end up drinking four so we brought them to Germany with us. For the baby, the bar staff would fill the bottles with hot water no problem. Considering that a small bottle of water was 2.80 euro throughout Europe, it wasn't unreasonable. In fact, the 6.50 euro for a cocktail was cheap compared to the 8 euro they were asking at the Hard Rock cafe in Hamburg!

Despite the very reasonable price for the cruise, we racked up another 500 euro in charges (excursions, gratuity, 4 cocktails & the water package).

Cabin Review

Cabin 6

Really nice, comfortable and clean. We had a crib for our baby and I was hoping they would remove the couch to make room but that wasn't possible. With the crib it was pretty tight but for a couple it would be more than adequate, and in fact, was probably bigger than our hotel in Germany!
