After finding our cabin 5057 which was an outside plus we found a double bed and not the twin as ordered so I went straight to reception who said they would sort it which they eventually did.

We then inspected the cabin further and were alarmed to find that the bathroom was filthy with blood all down the inside of the shower curtain, a really dirty bath slip mat and scum around the bath.

I went straight back to reception to complain again and insisted that the person responsible for housekeeping should come and see the problem. Read more
