Just got back today from a 5 night cruise aboard the Caribbean Princess. I had reservations before leaving because of previous reviews but we were very happy with our experience.

Ship was very clean and beautiful, easy to navigate and plenty of amenities. Embarkation was a breeze; in our cabin within 15 minutes. Inside cabin on the small side but adequate with lots of storage. Steward was excellent and attentive. Dining service was wonderful and food was good. Side note: All the cruise ships have gone down in quality and selections since we started cruising and I found the food pretty good including buffet on lido deck.

This was our 3rd Princess cruise and 17th cruise experienced. The service was so good you really couldn't complain about any food because they were always ready to replace and suggest something to make you happy. Music and entertainment was cruise ship quality, not too great but not so bad either. Casino was small but fun and staff very accommodating even though very tight slots. Did not go to the specialty restaurants but heard from table mates and others that the food was fantastic and well worth the extra cost. I personally feel you shouldn't have to pay extra so we don't go. The international café on deck 5 was wonderful! You could get specialty coffees at a nominal charge but sandwiches, salads and desserts were free and delicious!
