We had looked forward to the cruise departing from Vienna on the 7th September 2014 what we found was a catalogue of disappointments

Buffets awful, the food was basic and always Luke warm, the waiters were none existent and never came to see if you required drinks. The first night as we were tired so decided to eat in the buffet in the evening as we were on second sitting but when we got there the buffet was nearly empty the food for the evening was dried up French fries and the tables were dirty and around us there were more than five tables that had not even been cleared we were in there for about half an hour and did not see a waiter.

During our limited time round the pools I went to the bar to get a couple of drinks. I sat there for about 15 minutes being totally ignored, other people came got served and went I felt like I was invisible in the end I asked one of the waitresses how I could get a drink and she took my order for me.
