Just back from 4 nights on the Sensation. Even though we had FTTF Port Canaveral has Embarkation and Debark down to a science. It is by far the fastest port we have ever cruised out of(11 cruises). Not having been on the Sensation in a couple of years we forgot how small it really is, Walking front to back takes no time at all. The one drawback of the ship that we noticed right away was the musty cigarette. Every deck of the ship practically reaked of stale smoke. Almost like everyone is still smoking in the cabins and halls.

Other than the smell we had an oceanview cabin on the 6th deck. The cabin was great but it came with a terrible room steward. We left our wet beach towels on the bathroom floor to be changed out for new ones. When we returned to our room our blue towels were gone and not replaced. Since we could not find our steward the whole trip we called guest services. They contacted him and he came to our cabin. Instead of saying I'm sorry he argued with us that there were no towels in the room and we must have lost them. After a few minutes of arguing he decided that his assistant must have taken them and not told him. Great customer service. Have never had a room steward that we didn't tip extra to.

The food on the ship was actually really good. Even the Lido buffet that we are never impressed with was hot and tasty. You can now order steakhouse selections in the main dining room at dinner $20 each, well worth it. However the main dining room food was good also.
