We booked a couples anniversary cruise and boy was it something. Let me start by saying we had cruised before on NCL and were told not to do Carnival. Well we thought what ever how bad could it be it's all about the company you are with. Well that is very true we had an amazing time with our friends. But.... The decor, the food, the smell oh my goodness totally horrendous. It all starts with the 80's purple and glitter decor. I mean if you're gonna have the crazy 80's decor embrace it and be that fun party 80's cruise. When the best thing you ate on the cruise was chicken fingers in the buffet that's pretty sad. The smells all over the boat ranged from poop, vomit to smoke.

It's totally a booze cruise that should be adults only. I would feel like a horrible parent for taking my kids on this cruise. Granted we did meet some very nice people and will most likely keep in contact with them, but I wish our surroundings were better. I bigger pool would have been nice. And all of the things the website said as well. Like the steakhouse, sushi bar, bloody mary bar, and the adults only pool.

I will say the entire staff was great. Especially Adam the Events coordinator. He absolutely made our experience great. (seaventeeen) insider.
