With my review, I’ve included port info and my compilation of tips from prior cruisers. Many thanks to ElKay55, 2pbears, IECalCruiser, bellasorella, dockhl, bluenoser2, Pam in CA, VirtualRain and many, many others on Cruise Critic for their great advice and tips!

This was a terrific itinerary on a good ship. We much prefer smaller ships, but picked Royal Princess because its cruise included Oslo, Norway on an 11-day cruise with only two sea days. Next year, it appears the Regal Princess, the sister ship to the Royal, will sail this itinerary.
