This was my first cruise with MSC and it was amazing! Though it cannot top my Alaskan Cruise in 2006, it came in a very, very close 2nd! The Divinia was lavishly but beautifully decorated. Though the ship was quite large, the signage made it easy to navigate and access every area. However, it was just as much fun getting lost as it was finding the way.

The variety of food was quite tasty; there was plenty to satisfy any appetite. The dining areas were kept clean and very well organized – the staff never collided or dropped one single dish! The wait staff was friendly, helpful, and very attentive to the needs of every guest in our group.

It was a genuine pleasure to experience such high quality customer service on such a large vessel. The Reception desk staff skillfully answered every question. Generously tipping our assigned waiter and cabin steward was painless because they were phenomenal! They diligently served us with a pleasant greeting and smile during the entire cruise. The behavior of the followers, speaks volumes about the leader of any group or entity. I must commend the captain for his wonderful leadership. He was very sociable and a superb communicator. The entertainment was top-notch, especially the evening shows.

Cabin Review

Cabin 12

The cabin was roomy with plenty of storage space. It was clean and very well organized. The balcony and the view were exceptional. I would choose a balcony cabin on the MSC Divina over any other in the future.
