Well getting on the ship was terrible, took a long time in the hot lines. Then getting food at the buffet was tirin,g as we all were there at the same time. Then doing the drill out in the heat for 45 minutes was quite an experience as 2 people passed out next to me. Breakfast buffet was a trip, the food was cold and awful, dine in dinner was not much better, in fact we ate more appetizers than the main meal. Shows were ok, lost alot of money at the black jack table, did anyone win? We called room service twice, the first time they were a show, second time they took order and when 90 minutes passed we called back and they said they never had an order for our room. We tried to talk to guest services and that was a joke, no one called us back ever, the whole trip. We were 3 in a balcony and still heard the loud noises from the ship. Every day we were awaken by a message from the so called captain, really annoying. Last morning practically thrown out of room due to next cruise.

All in all I gave Carnival a chance even after reading reviews about terrible everything, I can say that this is definitely a party ship, so if you like to party and breathe in smoke go for it. They really need better customer service if they expect return customers.
