Did a seven day cruise with 5 day land excursion. Princess did a great job herding hundreds / thousands of us from port to port and then on land from resort to resort. Great attention to detail. The scenery was breath taking, unimaginable beauty. As a tourist, we barely had to think ... on land we received a transfer packet, followed the instructions re: tagging our bags, and away we went on our assigned buses to see the sights.

You will spend A LOT OF TIME ... hours and hours ... on a bus for the land tours.

The ship was nice, mini-suite was really great, food mostly good, room service was prompt, scenery amazing, and our ship room steward was awesome. The ship crew did everything possible to ensure everyone got a great view of the glaciers. The Alaskan Gulf was moderately rough, but the boat was so stable it didn't bother me at all, and I tend to get sea sick. Beds are hard. Elevators are always busy.

Cabin Review

Mini-Suite with Balcony

Cabin MD

The mini-suite was great. Nice long sofa, gobs of storage, nice balcony for two. I really enjoyed having the suite. Saw some great sights from the balcony and enjoyed the cool, fresh air. Everything was clean, it was kept clean by twice daily room care provided by a great steward.
