We were a family of 4 that traveled on the sunshine I will start out with the good things first... The cruise director is wonderful the water slides are fun when they are opened....

The bad part about the ship is the layout (its too enclosed) and you can only get from the fromt to the back of the ship on deck 5. Through the casino where everyone is smoking...it is understaffed very hard to find a clean table at lunch time on at sea days... Guest services people aren't very nice and I never knew who my room steward was. It's hard to avoid smokers on the ship too. The food isn't very good either and one night at supper my husband had a piece of porcelain plate in his apple pie and broke his crown we asked for compensation at guest services and they refused... If this had been my first cruise I would never cruise again....we also had problems with noise on the deck floor we stayed on from loud music to clanging metal sounds and people talking in the hallways at 1am... Also when we were at port one night 15 min before we were to leave the port the ship had a black out which scared us a lot....
