Great deal for a balcony, so I jumped at it. Miami is a good port to start from since its easy to get to and fro from the airport. And the itinerary looked good , so off we went. In a nut-shell , and comparing to recent cruises on Princess and Norwegian , here's the straight goods on the Divina.

We set sail with a full ship , but there was never any problems finding deckchairs or no big hassles with buffet lineups. The ship is new and huge and kept in quite a pristine setting. Our balcony was very small and quite disappointing , could barely fit 2 people out there. The bathroom was HUGE and well designed. Very clever that you can easily get your suitcases under the bed. The TV is more MSC promotion monitor than a true TV and not many English stations. Food was good but not great. Servings in the main dining rooms are SMALL. Entertainment was not what I had hoped for. The Michael Jackson show was good , everything else was kinda lame. The gym is excellent and the 10 minute massage for $10 is a great deal.

MSC does a great job with the excursions and getting you to them easily. The waiters and room staff are excellent as well. The cruise director Andre was incredibly pompous and annoying. MSC did a great job to drop the Stirrup Cay stop due to bad weather and replace it with a stop at Grand Turk. We had a great day there.
