DH and I eagerly arrived at Cape Liberty to embark on a 5 day trip to Bermuda. This is my 3rd cruise, his first. We arrived at the terminal just after 12:30pm and had to wait quite a bit to park our car. Once we parked, it was a short time through the terminal and then to the shuttles taking us to the ship. Yes, this process seems silly, but until the new terminal is completed, it works even if it isn't as efficient as it will be.
Our cabin was lovely with lots of storage. Archelle, our stateroom attendant was a gracious hostess and ready to meet our needs. When she learned we were celebrating our 25th anniversary, she personally delivered a bottle of wine to us. That goes above and beyond the service level you might expect.
The ship itself was clean and we never had trouble finding things to do. Cruise Director Keith was fabulous. We really enjoyed the daily Coffee Talk shows as well as the cooking demonstrations by Executive Chef Gary on the ship's main tv channel. We tried several of the bars on board and were happy with the variety of drinks offered. I had pre purchased the soda package, and it is well worth the money. The ship has several Coke Freestyle machines available so you can get a variety of soft drink and lemonade choices any time you like.
Great location mid ship. Ample storage. Quiet.
