My wife and I just cruised on the new Norwegian Getaway. I’m not going to bore you with all the individual details….. other reviewers have done an excellent job of offering great tips. We have cruised with almost every cruise company including Cunard and enjoy 3 to 4 cruises per year so I feel we know the good from the not so good. Norwegian had not been on the “top of our list” before but NOW IT IS. The Norwegian Getaway was one of the best cruises we have ever done.

We are not extremely picky people and are not the type that would let a bug on the floor, a smudge on a handrail, or someone not saying hello ruin our cruise. I’ve come to the conclusion when reading all these reviews that there are some people who should just not travel. It is amazing to me that someone could have gone on the exact cruise as we did and not of had a wonderful experience. Maybe they should just consider staying home.
