We have just returned from the 10 night cruise. The ship is beautiful and the crew is very friendly and helpful. This new captain is unbelievable. He is Captain Marek Slaby and he is out everyday. You will see him everywhere. We have cruised for 21 years and this was a first. You will run into him on the stairs, eating lunch or breakfast in the Windjammer. Even yesterday morning as the ship was getting ready for a new cruise, he was there eating breakfast. There were many of us having problems with our ship board credits, who helped get it all straightened out, Captain Marek. I stopped him at the elevators and told him there were many of us. By the next day they were working on it to get it straightened out. He is a singer and sang several times. He is a "people" captain.

Our cabin was 7154, a really nice cabin, but right above one of the lounges. Needless to say you could hear the music at 12, 1 and 2 in the morning. That I am sure is like that on any ship if you are above one of them. One thing about the cabins, they have adjusted the water in the sinks, no water pressure. The showers are fine but it takes a while to brush your teeth, not kidding. Our waiters, Rainbow and Oscar, they were fantastic. We have had no better. Bermuda is beautiful, just not enough time. We had a driver for all day on Saturday. They were standing by the ship when we got off and took us everywhere. Our guide, Ricky, is Ricky's Island Tours, his email, rb@rickysminibus.com. There is a store in St. Georges, Kelly's sea glass. She makes some beautiful pieces from very inexpensive up. If you want a gift for someone that is different than the normal this is the place. She is closed on SUnday, her shop is next to tavern by the sea. The sea glass that washes in from the ocean is beautiful. This is one of the smaller ships but beautiful. There just isn't enough time to do everything. I told the Captain I would be doing a review and also with Trip Advisor. RCCL has chosen an excellent captain, you will be very surprised. The captains on the other ships will have to step it up to even think about doing as well. If you are looking at this ship, for a smaller one is great.
